I think this is a very fun game and concept. The major problem I experienced was the owner (the bald guy) screaming at multiple people including children for ruining the game(after following the games rules and employees directions). The course the game is held on unfortunately smelled of vomit and the gear supplied felt incredibly gross. My friends and I were very excited to give this a try and were unfortunately let down. I would not recommend this as a family friendly event. Hopefully this business can improve in the future.

While visiting Milwaukee, we went to iCOMBAT. Our family was really excited and looked forward to the experience. As the teams were divided and we entered into the gaming area, one of the players on the opposing team said, “Shoot the black people… Oops, I meant black team.” A woman in his group nudged him, and he repeated the same phrase again but to a different player. I immediately told an attendant who asked if I could point him out. I pointed out the boys and the woman who nudged him… And the attendant said, “I’m so sorry that just happened… I’ll tell the team leader.” Most disappointingly, my teenage son overheard this and asked if we were safe. I understand there is nothing the business owner can do to stop people from being racist. However, simply telling a team leader did nothing. Management should have been notified, and the issue should have been directly addressed. Having actions or policies in place that clearly do not tolerate racism would be a start… Not addressing the incident in any way (especially when staff was immediately notified) just seems wrong.

Had an amazing time here with parents and nephews. Arena was set up awesome. Lots of space to move around and hideout. Variety of games were played in our time slot and we had so much fun. The only thing I would have liked myself was some more A/C and a short 10 minute break in the middle to get a drink and use the bathroom. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend you check this out on a day trip. Great for the beginner and advanced player. We will definitely be back to play again!

This was hands down the best laser tag experience I’ve ever had. If you’re used to the lame phaser style laser tag and think this won’t be worth any increased cost, you’re wrong. The employees in the field with you explaining the game modes and features are fantastic. The experience is next level, between the realistic gun experience, and the excellent game modes and features. I definitely am excited to come back and play more. And the player experience/achievement system makes it something to really look forward to.
